“Hired 1st Choice to completely replace my ductwork. I have an older home (1886), and everything that could go wrong seemed to, from critters living under the house, to a flea infestation in the ducts. The crew that came out (Chris, Kev, Freddie, Jamie, Bruno, and Fatback) were overly supportive and helpful, job was done professionally, and cleanly! You wouldn’t even know they were here, other than I now have AC flowing properly! Would highly recommend them to anyone. Great job guys!”

The whole experience was such a positive experience from setting up the appointment with Tammy to paying our invoice with Bobbie!! They both were super nice and helpful! Damien was our Service Tech and we can’t say enough good things about him! He was very friendly , courteous, and knowledgeable ! He took the time to explain everything he was doing without talking down to us or trying to talk us into things we didn’t need. We felt like we could trust him and that is super important to us! We have found our new service company!”

“On August 21, 2023 I spoke with Bobbi on the phone about the cooling in my home. I tend to call Bobbi for she is great with customer service. Was not very long after that Tammy called and scheduled my appt. .Thank you Tammy. Keondra and Freddie came out yesterday evening and checked everything and only found a few things that needed to be taped. Ty for Freddie was crawling under the house and looking at everything….thank you thank you!! These were the nicest and friendliest guys and I thank this company for being so prompt with this.
