“Russell was fantastic. That’s Russell Dennis. He came in into my home gave me estimates on everything that I needed to have repaired and is going to provide a quote and complete the installation and repairs to everything needed. I was very impressed with him overall he was polite, and he was very honest he even crawled under the house, crawlspace and told me everything that was going on down there, and that was exceptional that no other plumber had done before so thank you you guys very much and thank you Russell.”
“Consistently there are a group of inexperienced young men who come and don’t know what they came out to do. They have made numerous mistakes which needed to be corrected. Had to come out 7 times to pass the mechanical inspection. Gas lines were just placed in the walls w/o connecting them. Waiting 6 weeks for custom return covers when they knew they needed them 6 months ago during rough in. They have left work unfinished with no scheduled return date. Everyone Ive met has been very helpful & friendly on their own, but the communication & planning just isn’t there. This is a 100% avoidable situation with more competent management. I hope they can at least get their act together to allow me to move into my house.”

If you need any work done, please give them a call and request Drayton; he is kind, well-mannered, very polite & very knowledgeable . He also took the time to show us what was wrong and what to look for in the future if we have the issue again.
