“Drayton and Jeff came to our home to replace the Bryant/Carrier thermostat control unit for our Bryant Evolution system. This system is rather complicated and had been modified to get the AC to work for the summer after the original thermostat sustained a lightning strike. It took a good bit of troubleshooting and reverse engineering to go back to the original format. Now this system is capable of handling the variable speed air handler and two stage compressor.
Both technicians worked very hard, and thanks to their determined effort and system knowledge, our system is now working flawlessly. They arrived in a timely manner, worked hard, were respectful of our home, and went out of their way to clean up after themselves. We would also like to thank Rebecca for helping us with continual follow-ups while trying to locate this thermostat.”

Tammy prioritized a busy day to fit me in giving a short notice and call back the following day to assure product was functioning properly. Drayton the technician arrived within the scheduled time frame providing a thorough inspection and resolved the problem with a solution. “I had a problem with my heat coming on, it clicked at the main switch, but would not come on, I contacted 1st choice heating and air they sent out technician Dray Epps out to repair the problem, after arriving he quickly found the problem, a broken wire at the main unit outside, he repaired the wire and looked for any other hazards to prevent this problem from happening again, if I have any other problem with my heat or ac I will definitely call 1st choice again… this is a 5 star company, thanks again.
