“There isn’t just one person I would like to mention, several persons: The receptionist Tammy and Bobby who always answers with a heartfelt welcome, the technician Dray Epps who has been very detailed with my home heating system first of all. After meeting him for the first time his first impressions was, I am here to find out the problem and resolve it, and yes he did just that with my heating systems. With a company that is concerned about the customers comfort is a major win with me. On 10 May 2023 Dray returned and serviced my AC unit, this is when I decided to have the package deal of servicing the AC now and when the winter approaches service my heating system as well. If you are between companies and you want a true and professional team then 1St Choice in Manning/ Sumter is the team to have on your side, and a big thank you to Damien as well for his professionalism.”
