“I called yesterday morning because the thermostat was not working. Tammy and Bobbie helped me to send a technician, Bryan.
When Bryan arrived, he checked the heat pump wiring and is working. So, he told me that the problem was the thermostat.
He asked me if I want to put a new thermostat and I said yes. He explained to me everything. I am very satisfied with the service
and recommend the company. They are nice to me.”

“Drayton Epps was very professional, polite and helpful with my claim to the warranty company. He diagnosed and repaired my unit quickly and efficiently, and now it feels like it works better than ever. I appreciated being able to make an appointment on a Sunday, when most companies are closed. I also appreciated being able to get an appointment so quickly. The following day, after the repair, I received a follow up call from the sweetest lady, checking to make sure everything was working properly. That was SO nice, and heart warming. “Our AC went out completely Thursday and Mrs.Bobbie had technicians at our house in Kingstree on Friday morning. She was easy to talk to and explained the financing and 10 year warranty to us where it was super easy to understand. (we are 21 so never had to do something like this before) She called to confirm we were satisfied after the crew left too! The technicians were great, they installed a new unit and hauled the old one off in less than 3 hours. I am so happy to have cold air again thanks to the teams quick response! Will continue to recommend them to everyone!”
