“Was told the work was going to be a warranty repair was never told upfront that there would be any charge for it at all. I was then called and asked for payment and they tried to submit a document to me, that was not my signature on the document at all could provide zero documentation on anywhere that I was told that I was going to be charged for that the only thing I was told is that it was warranty, Work and that was it. When I called the gentleman in the office that I spoke to proceeded to call me a liar and tell me that I was being dishonest and even threatened to come out to my property with the police to reclaim the motor on the unit or to put a lien on my home for the amount that they were charging I paid the amount that was due my advice to anyone reading this do not use this company.”
