“Consistently there are a group of inexperienced young men who come and don’t know what they came out to do. They have made numerous mistakes which needed to be corrected. Had to come out 7 times to pass the mechanical inspection. Gas lines were just placed in the walls w/o connecting them. Waiting 6 weeks for custom return covers when they knew they needed them 6 months ago during rough in. They have left work unfinished with no scheduled return date. Everyone Ive met has been very helpful & friendly on their own, but the communication & planning just isn’t there. This is a 100% avoidable situation with more competent management. I hope they can at least get their act together to allow me to move into my house.”

“1st choice Heating and air install my heat pump system in 2022 so when it was time for my 6 months inspection I didn’t even have to call them miss Tammy Odom called me to schedule it. She sent out tech Drayton Epps. I told Mr. Drayton that I didn’t know how a heat pump system works and he took the time to explain to me how it works. He went through detailed maintenance and actually explain to me what he was doing and why. Yes I give 1st choice heat and air 5 stars for their professional performance”
